Reducing time to hire and close positions quickly is very important in recruitment. To bring in real change, we have to measure which brings out the chinks in the armor. These loopholes have to be analyzed and taken care of as soon as possible. You should be able to know what your recruiters are working on, how many candidates appeared for interviews, how many joined and so on.
